What We Provide

EXM provides comprehensive pre-construction, construction and post construction services to our clients and partners in both the public and private sectors.

While each client and their respective project is unique, EXM is confident that one of the common goals all clients share is that they want a quality project, built on time and within budget, without sacrificing safety. Construction Management

Whether At Risk or As Agent, EXM will always work in the best interest of our clients. We will advise our clients on all related construction issues which could become a liability / financial exposure during all phases of the project life cycle, regardless of contract type.

Construction Consulting

EXM provides onsite project monitoring for our financial clients such as banks, credit unions, and other private lenders. EXM on-site project monitoring provides oversight of construction timelines and correlates that to contractor’s progress billings with respect to work in place. We will also advise our clients on safety and quality issues to mitigate exposure to our clients’ bottom line.

General Contracting

EXM management team thoroughly understands the contracting process from start to finish. As construction managers, we apply this expertise to our general contracting projects as well. We believe by identifying cost-saving alternatives throughout the bidding process – and consistently searching for the most efficient way to work – we can create valuable opportunities to help our clients receive the best value for their projects.
