Everard Martin, as President and CEO oversees the entire operations of EXM and provides encompassing leadership to the organization. He ensures that the business operations are efficient and effective, and that the proper management of resources and execution of services to clients are being maintained at all levels. Everard ensures that good working relationships are being fostered across EXM projects while focusing on field operations as they relate to progress, quality, safety, and budget. Everard, as an astute executive, prides himself on ensuring that EXM clients’ goals and objectives are met or exceeded.  

Everard brings more than 3 decades of diversified construction experience and management practices, and has worked on many asset types such as residential, commercial, institutional, infrastructure, logistic centers, hotels, landmark, and educational, for both public and private sectors. 

Everard holds an MBA in finance from Keller School of Management, DeVry University, a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Pratt Institute. 

Tamara N. Varella, as Vice President, Planning and Strategic Alliance of EXM, ensures that our business is efficient and well poised to develop and execute business plans for strategic alliances in achieving our clients’ stated goals and objectives. Tamara serves as the primary day-to-day contact for client alliances and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders on both sides. Tamara understands the needs and goals of our organization and works to identify opportunities for collaboration that will always benefit our clients and us. As a senior executive with over 25 years of company growth and scaling success for varying industries including real estate, Tamara is skilled in identifying weaknesses and finding effective solutions in maximizing profits. 

Tamara’s forward-thinking mentality and growth strategic approach has yielded great success in organizational planning and development. Tamara is highly skilled at cultivating rapport with key players to optimize project goals and outputs, resolve complex problems and deliver required outcomes. Tamara is adept at working with public sector organizations, private companies, and multi-national companies.

Tamara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Wilmington University.

Alan Cavaliere, as Director of Field Operations of EXM, ensures that all field operations are effectively streamlined consistent with our corporate policies and work procedures, and manages and oversees the entire field staff for each project.

Alan is a result oriented, hands-on construction and development professional with over 3 decades of experience in new construction, and all facets of the industry, with extensive knowledge in masonry, facade restoration, landmark, and historical preservation. Alan’s track record has demonstrated his ability in ensuring that projects are successfully completed, and with his strong relationship with the subcontractor’s pool, through coordinating, strategic planning, and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, and vendors – will ensure that each project is speedily completed in a safe manner while ensuring quality and safety are never sacrificed.

Alan holds a certificate in Business Management from Kings Borough Community College.
