EXM emphasizes the Phase Construction Approach — using the Critical Path Method (CPM) of scheduling. Phase Construction enables construction to start before the design process is fully complete and can significantly reduce the overall duration of a project. This allows major aspects of the project to overlap, allowing our clients to enter the bidding and construction phases much earlier than more conventional approaches. Phase construction will provide our clients with substantiating information that would be necessary to make early informed financial decisions which are key to a project’s development, Performa, and revenue capitalization.
